Early College is making a difference

This month, Georgia College Early College (GCEC) will be host to the last stop on the annual Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education (GPEE) bus tour, a signal of honor for a program that is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the top early colleges in the nation. Its small public-school student body, with youth from Baldwin and Putnam counties, is creating a niche for itself in state and national education circles.
