Web site helps with college selection, financial aid

The college application process can sometimes be more difficult and frustrating than college itself, but one West Virginia organization is hoping to change that.

The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission recently launched a new Web site - www.cfwv.com, the College Foundation of West Virginia - to help students and parents with their college and financial aid hunt.
