Colleges adding income limits for Say Yes to Education students

Say Yes to Education expects to add at least five colleges and universities to its roster of schools that guarantee free tuition to eligible Syracuse high school students graduating in 2010.

But just about all of the 23 private schools already in Say Yes now are imposing an income limit. The private schools now will promise free tuition only to students from families with an annual income of less than $75,000. Last year, six of the private institutions had the income cap. Now 21 do.
