College tuition tax vote on hold

Pittsburgh City Council voted today to put the proposed college tuition tax vote on hold until next week. Officials hope this delay with give the city and university representatives a chance to work out an alternative plan.

The proposed 1% tuition tax has caused many emotional debates and demonstrations over the past few weeks.
