Concealed handguns on Texas college campuses debated

On Monday, Representative Joe Driver (R-Garland) presented a bill to the Texas state legislature that would allow the carrying of concealed handguns on college campuses. Driver told the Star Telegram that the bill would ensure the safety of the state’s college students.
