Pitt’s Blair to Enter Draft

DeJuan Blair of Pittsburgh said Wednesday that he would declare for the N.B.A. draft and that he had begun hiring representatives, ending any possibility that he could return for his junior season. Blair was projected as a middle to late first-round pick. Blair, the only Pittsburgh player in 50 years to make first-team all-American, could have returned to the Panthers if he did not hire an agent or any other representative.
