CSI sweeps softball twinbill from Monclair

The College of Staten Island earned its first softball victories over visiting Montclair State University on Thursday with 11-7 and 6-4 non-conference triumphs at the CSI complex, Willowbrook.

The Dolphins extended their overall record to 11-7. The Red Hawks, who owned the all-time series record between the two schools at 8-0-1, dropped to a 16-10 overall.
