Editorial: Economy doesn't change CEOs' main concerns

Everywhere you turn, the outlook for technology jobs in the next year is grim. The message is the same in the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's annual CEO survey, released today, as in Sunday's Mercury News report on the valley's top 150 companies and today's front-page story on job losses. While globalization strengthens valley industry, it's not much help in a global recession.
