(Springfield, MO) -- In addition to books and backpacks, college students may soon be carrying guns.

A new bill moving through the State Legislature could make it legal for people to carry guns on college campuses. Missouri State University is one of several colleges that would be affected by this bill if it becomes law.

The bill would allow people to carry concealed weapons in public places, including college campuses. MSU faculty and students have mixed opinions about whether this would help....
