2 NJ colleges reduce summer tuition

POMONA, N.J. - This is something that parents of college students rarely hear.

Two New Jersey state universities are cutting tuition for summer school as students and their families struggle with money.

The Board of Trustees at Richard Stockton College in Pomona on Wednesday voted to discount summer tuition by as much as 20 percent for students taking heavy course loads. The college had already reduced summer tuition by 10 percent.
