ITT Educational Services buys Nonprofit Daniel Webster College

NASHUA - Daniel Webster College, a private school that has built a niche for budding pilots with its aviation program, will be bought by ITT Educational Services.

ITT will pay off DWC's entire $20 million debt as part of the sale, college President Robert "Skip" Myers wrote in an email sent this morning to students, staff and faculty.

Myers' email message and an announcement by ITT from its home in Carmel, Ind., did not mention a purchase price.
