• Welcome from the Academic Advising Director!

  On behalf of the Academic Advisors in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at Edward Waters College welcome to our Web site. Advisors are dedicated to providing students the assistance and support as they progress through their undergraduate program. Our mission is to ensure that each student acquires an educational experience that is academically rich, rewarding and which meets each student’s individual goals.

  The staff of advisors in CETL provides academic guidance to students in an effort for them to become well informed about academic program requirements, curriculum options, and policies and procedures. We work collaboratively with colleagues and faculty from all areas of the College. While we help students draft educational plans that enable them to explore limitless possibilities of a liberal arts education, we also assist students who are experiencing how to select the right mix of classes and academic strategies that can help them find a major towards timely degree completion.
  
  The goal of Academic Advising is to support students at Edward Waters College while helping them discover opportunities that will advance their educational goals.
