• The Housing Office at Faulkner University is excited that you are considering Faulkner to further your higher education.  The University has campus housing available for full time traditional age single college students.  We are not set up to provide housing for married students, young families, or students in the Adult programs, such as BBA, MHR, or the Law School.

  On the bottom of this page, you will find links to all the requested housing forms. There is a "Dean of Students Checklist" to ensure that you return all needed forms and documentation for housing and the health center.

  To assure your room assignment, a $50 non-refundable room reservation fee is required with your housing reservation. There is also a roommate survey. Included in the Dean of Students Checklist is the health center forms.  You may complete the necessary forms and make necessary payments online.  

  If you would rather not use a credit card, or are uncomfortable submitting the information online, then you may fill the forms out, print the webpage, and either mail or fax back to the address below.

  All residential students are required to submit a copy of their immunization records and the health form, which includes a drug policy form.   If you do not have health insurance, please consider visiting this website www.ejsmith.com for information on affordable student health insurance.
