    • Intermittent problem with single Username/Password system.

      There are some minor difficulties with the new single username and password system. Password resets that do no originate from the MyFAU portal can break your single sign-on to FAU Self-Service. We recommend that you change your password only in MyFAU to guarantee uninterrupted service.

      In other words, please refrain from using "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" to change your password.

    • When you change your password via MyFAU, the updated password will automatically synchronize with the following IRM systems and services:

      • All FAU computers in the FAU domain, including computers in the labs, classroom computers, and office computers
      • MyFAU
      • **Blackboard (As of May 13)**
      • E-mail (such as Microsoft Exchange)
      • Access to share drives
      • Mac OS computers connected to the FAU network
      • Login to the FAU network, wired and/or wireless
      • Cisco VPN
      • PrintOnline.fau.edu

      Please note that your individual passwords will remain the same until you CHANGE your password. At that point there will be one password for these systems.
