The PGS mission is to help individuals achieve their career objectives through a progressive Gunsmithing Program by building skills in a planned and organized manner. Men and women will reach their potential and become skilled craftsman who utilize both their hands and mind. Graduates will become employed as a direct result of the training program by meeting a growing need for servicing firearms for law enforcement and security personnel, hunters and sportsmen.

A high school diploma or a GED is required for admission. In addition, an applicant must be able to qualify for a Federal Firearms License and lawfully purchase and be in possession of firearms prior to and during the training program.
