In the state of Utah, some 26,000 juniors in various high school will be able to take the ACT exam for free during their upcoming school year. This is a pilot program for the state to boost the number of ACT test takers. School board wants to encourage more people to take the ACT because some of the scholarships being awarded use ACT scores to determine.

I wish this is applicable in other states as well. This will be good opportunity for more people to take advantage of this.
