Former Rochester Institute of Technology professor arraigned in murder of his wife

The R.I.T. professor accused of killing his wife and leaving her body in their car in an area of Mendon Ponds Park called the Devil's Bathtub was formally arraigned Wednesday.

Timothy Wells pleaded not guilty before Monroe County court judge Patricia Marks. He's accused of second-degree murder which states that he intentionally strangled his wife Christine Sevilla on November 30th. Her body was found early the next day after a man called 911.
