Brief review of previous workshops in the series. Presentation by Francis Duffy of his experience of working for developers.
2Getting StartedThe issues, what students think about them. Review of - and possibly visit to the Winter Garden exhibition in New York of the seven Ground Zero projects as well as to an office building under construction in Times Square.
3The Changing Pattern of DemandNew technologies, new ways of working, new organizational cultures and their impact on user demand for office space.
Students submit initial suggestions for their presentation topic.
